Refund policy

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly process your return.

We accept returns on unused items purchased through Glaze's online shop. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you would like to request a return, and we will be in touch with a prepaid return shipping label.

A full refund will be issued once we receive the unused item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

You can always contact us with any issue outside of the 30 day window. We're very reasonable people and will make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on customized items, sample sale items, or items purchased from other retailers.

If you purchased a Glaze product from one of our authorized retail partners and have any issues with the item, please contact us so we can make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your unused item for a different style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange the exchange, and Glaze will be in touch with a prepaid return shipping label.

Customers are responsible for any difference in value of the exchanged item, as well as the additional shipping fee to send the new item. If the exchanged item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

We are not able to exchange customized items, nor items purchased from other retailers.

Cancellations

Please contact Glaze within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel. Cancellation requests must be made before your order ships.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@glazestudio.com
